LATE ARRIVALS & EARLY DEPARTURES
When it is necessary to collect a child early for an appointment, parents are requested to visit the Office and obtain a computer generated Early Leavers pass. This is an important procedure to ensure the safety of children. Parents then give this pass to the class teacher (please note students will not be released without this pass).
If your child is late to arrive at school parents are requested to sign them in at the Office and obtain a computer generated Late Pass, then escort your child to their classroom if they are arriving after the 9.00am bell.
ABSENCES
Report the absence via our Sentral for Parents app
Ring the absent line 9707 1510 (please press 1 for the dedicated absence line) on the day your child is absent is requested.
A note should be sent to the teacher on the day your child returns to school informing the reason for the child’s absence (only if you did not inform the school office of the absence via the absence line).
If your child is away and you have not notified the school an automated message is emailed to you.
